I want to achieve a body like........ link to pic provided

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me achieve a body like Britney Spears when she was on the cover of Spain's edition of the Rolling Stone Magazine in 2003.

What exercises should I do, how much weight should I lift, Should I lift heavier with less reps, or go lighter with more reps, should I take a protein supplement? If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I just want to get really toned like in the pic. I don't want to look like a bodybuilder.

I just tried the link and it worked for me. I am the same height and have pretty much the same body type as her. I just want to know what kind of exercises I need to do to get tight and toned and not the defined muscle look. I tend to build muscle rather quickly. Over the summer I worked out a lot and had very good muscle definition but I slacked off alot because I started going back to school in the fall now I am a little flabby around the abdominal area and in the inner thighs(not too bad though). I just want to be tight and toned. I am 5'4" and weight between 115 and 120. I wear a size 3/4 in pants, and a small or medium shirt.

My body kind of looks like that but I need to tighten up my thighs and abs more but I don't know what exercises to do. When I work out I tend to work too hard and I get a lot of muscle definition I just want tight and toned. Also how can I get a tight back like in the pic below?

I was just kidding above,

Well since you are not trying to build up muscle, then you need to focus on lighter weights and more reps.
Also do alot of stretching and cardiovascular exercsises.

Simply put, avoid heavy weights because they build muscles.

And the Britney Spears thing... hmm.... I don't think you will ever achieve same look as her. We all have different bodies, and there will always be little something bugging us from being 'perfect'.

I didn't mean I wanted to look just like Britney Spears, I just want that tight and toned look and her picture was just the perfect example of what I was talking about. All other pictures I found of people on the internet were too muscular looking. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I will just continue to lift lighter weights and more reps because I am getting the results I was after.

also please remember that you can trust NO photos of celebrities on magazine covers. every single one of them touches up their cover photos as well as the inside photo spreads. its not uncommon for them to remove a few inches from theighs, hips, waist, and increase the bust...in addition to making them have perfect skin with no wrinkles or blemishes. I've seen a lot of 'paparazzi' type shots of Ms. Spears without make-up...puts her in a whole new light

Anyone with Adobe Photoshop and a little time can touch up a photo with AMAZING results.
 
If I can find a way to get my picture on here I would just so I can show you how good my body really looks, but I don't have a digital camera or a scanner. My boyfriend has said many times that I have a sexy and very beautiful body and also I have had many compliments from plenty of other guys at the gym I work out at. It has only been a week and I have lost almost all of the fat off of my stomach and thighs. I am very lucky to have a high metabolism. I am well on my way to having a tight and tone body. You all can say what you want. I don't care. I am very happy with my body. I just thought I could get some ideas on how to tighten up without building muscle mass because I do build muscle very easily for a young 26 year old woman. Later.

We didn't say you don't have a sexy body. I BET you do look hotter than Britney Spears. We are just saying that Britney Spears is "fake".... well at least her pictures are.

So as long as people say you are hot, don't worry, you're in good shape!
