I want pecks

Hey well 1stly im 18 male 5ft10 weight about 9-10 stone last time i checked
and i want to start buildin up again ive already somewhat of a 6 pak jus been gettin too skinny so need help on how to pack on the pounds while building back up the muscle and i really want to get pecks to impress the ole Gf ya know? any help?=] and oo yeah im not really interestede in the whole protein shakes stuff is there any way around that?:D
