I am about 5' 10'', 160 lbs, and have about a 32 inch waist. I have calculated that I have roughly around 14% body fat. I have heard that I have to reduce this to around 8% for my abs to show through. Summer is coming up and I really want to reduce my waist line.
I was thinking about doing a low-carb diet combined with interval cardio training to try to reduce my body fat percentage. Three days a week I would do interval running for 20 minutes and then 10 minutes biking, then two days a week I would do about 10 minutes running (for warm up) and then lift free weights for 20-30 mins. I think I have a pretty high metabolism so I'm thinking that eating multiple good low-carb snacks throughout the day is good? Is it possible for me to get this reduction in body fat percentage in as little as a month with this plan? What should I do?
Thanks!
