Hey all! I'm 21 (5'5 /130 lbs) and have been working out most all my life...of course with breaks in between where I would get lazy. Anyways, I've been working out for 6 days a week with one rest day for the last 5 weeks. I even have a day just for my butt and some cardio is added in too. I don't have a pancake butt....its an ok size....but I want it to be more firm and a little bigger.
On my "Butt" day (hehe) I do squats with a 45 lb bar....I use the butt machine where you raise one leg behind you on about 100 lbs each leg and about 3 sets....and I also work my hamstrings getting on a wooden platform with 10 lb weights and go down to my toes and out.
I don't see much improvement....can anyone help me out on some more exersizes?.....and info would be helpful! Thanks!
