I want a bigger Bum!

Hey all! I'm 21 (5'5 /130 lbs) and have been working out most all my life...of course with breaks in between where I would get lazy. Anyways, I've been working out for 6 days a week with one rest day for the last 5 weeks. I even have a day just for my butt and some cardio is added in too. I don't have a pancake butt....its an ok size....but I want it to be more firm and a little bigger. ;)

On my "Butt" day (hehe) I do squats with a 45 lb bar....I use the butt machine where you raise one leg behind you on about 100 lbs each leg and about 3 sets....and I also work my hamstrings getting on a wooden platform with 10 lb weights and go down to my toes and out.

I don't see much improvement....can anyone help me out on some more exersizes?.....and info would be helpful! Thanks!
 
Deadlifts hit the butt also. If you want a bigger butt lift heavy, squats/deadlifts. You have the right idea men like round butts.

I think dead lifts are what I'm doing.... with the 10 lb weights.....they work/stretch your hamstrings. Should I do it with alot of weight? And what weight would you recommend for me to start with?
 
Wide stance squats, sumo stance deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, and cable pullthroughs should give you just what you need.
 
We can't help you there, you have to do some squats and figure out what's heavy. Under 100 pounds somewhere would be my "guess".
 
So I tried some of the new exercises the next day and could definetly feel it the next day! I'm soreeeeeeee! Yesssss, I love the burn! *smiles*
