I THINK I MAY BE LOSING HOPE... I HAVEN'T HAD ANY MOTIVATION TO GET MYSELF BACK INTO A ROUTINE. I THINK ITS BECAUSE MYSELF ESTEEM IS SLOWLY DEFLATING DUE TO A RECENT BREAK UP. I SHOULD BE READY TO START FRESH AND NEW BUT I NEED A PUSH.. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET YOURSELF BACK INTO THE EAT RIGHT WORK OUT MENTALITY??? IM STUCK!!!
