Im not sure, i was going strong 6 days a week at the gym then i started doing 6 days a week at the gym mainly doing cardio for about 25 minutes always sweating and then I would get home and do 30 day shred. And probably friday i was just tired i went to the gym didnt do 30 day shred, next day didnt do anything, then sunday i did gym and 30 day shred, today i went to the gym but only for 20 minutes on the elliptical cause prolly 10 minutes in i just felt so weak, i came home attempted to do 30 day shred i could barely get my body to do the jumping jacks it felt like i was lifting dead weights with my arms when iwent to do the exercise i got thru the first circut and after doing the ab section i just laid on the mat and my 3 year old looked at me and asked if i was tired i nodded my head yes and he said "well turn it off" and i listened to him. I dont know whats going on, i am getting my calories in varying between 1400-1600 a day. Im currently at 216 lbs, im 5'4 26 years old idk what other information to give you guys to give you an idea of whats going on, ive been doing the 6 days at the gym for a month straight so. IDK if i need to up the calories or what. Or if i just need to do just gym and step back from 30 day shred for a week and not push so hard i just feel tired, maybe its just these past few days who knows. Help ?
