I seemed to have plateaued out HELP?

I have been working out pretty much 5 days a week for the past 6-8 months and now I seem to have stopped gaining strength (my bench has been the same for months) I work out hard for about on average 1 hr a day and then play basketball. All I really take right now is protien. I think I am gonna start creatine now to get me up and going again but can someone give some advice of what I can do. Plaese its just getting frustrating now. thanks.
 
Try mixing up your routine a little bit so for example say the you do muscle groups in this order - chest, shoulders, legs...try changing it around and going shoulders, chest, legs...it keeps your muscles guessing other than that the only advice i can give is that it's time to start cutting
