I Really Need Help

I am a 28 year old mother of three. I had all three of my children by c-section. Before ever having any kids I was 110 lbs soak & wet. After having my first child I got down to 125 lbs & I looked great, but after having my second child I ended up weighing 170 lbs. I didn't do anything to get the weight off of me I only fed into gaining even more. Here I am pregnant with my third child 5 years later. My third child is one years old now & here i am 200 lbs at 5 ft 6 in. My goal weight is to weigh no more than 140 lbs or no less than 135 lbs. I just recently started walking 5 days a week & I dance everyday. I am getting married this coming January & I am willing to work very hard to get this weight off of me. I want to tone my body entirely, but I do not want to look bulky. I want to maintain my womanly figure , but in a slender way. :)

I too am a mom of 3....my youngest just turned 9 months this past week. I gained 69 pounds with my last pregnancy (twin pregnancy, but only one survived). I started off by just doing Yoga/Pilates at home. I was so heavy, I felt too self conscience to go back to the gym.

The first of the year rolled around, and I decided enough was enough. I wanted MY body back. Now here I am, just days away from my 30th birthday, and I'm in the best shape of my life!

You just need to find something that works for you and stick with it!! Determination to get back INTO my bikini is what kept me going. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! :)
