I peak way too fast

I have only had one big imrovement, and that was about 4 months ago... I've lifted the same since then... My bench is horrible... my powercleans are pretty low, and I dont see an improvement on my squat/deadlift. My biceps and pecs have gotten pretty big though... but other than that, I haven't gotten stronger. Right now I'm in season football, and I cant lift hard except for like 2 days a week. But that shouldnt matter, I lifted all through the summer without results.

What I want out off all of this:

A much higher bench
A much higher squat

These are the two aspects that are going to effect me most because I push people off like I'm benching, and using my legs to push off of blocks.

I tackle quite nicely, but my issue is shedding blocks from 200+ lbs linemen...

Right now im 5'10 / 5'11, 134ish lbs, 15 years old.

EDIT: Forgot to add/ask some things

My last maxing for bench/squat (4 months ago):

Bench - 95 lbs..
Squat - 155 lbs

I was 125 lbs at the time, same height...

Also:

I have a really bad pain right by my left shoulder blade, inbetween the spine and shoulderblade. I went to the doctor a while back, and she said that i should lay off for like a week and see if it goes away. It didnt go away but I never went back.. but like when I went down to do a power clean, and feel like a tear or a contractment of the muscle or something. now today its killing me, its a pain thats really annoying and painful, any idea wtf this is?

And I also have weak finger joins, they bend easily and are very loose. When I do a 3 point stance, my fingers can collapse flat on the ground due to how weak they are and cant hold my own weight.

Ideas please!?

Your like me I want to gain im 18 n weigh 140. I looked into everything. You need to gain weight and mass. do 4x6 of basic movements w. 2 mins rest b.w. sets. You need to Eat. Just when you thought u ate enough eat again. Go M,W,F. As for your injury don't know what to tell you besides make sure your form is correct for every excerise.

First thing to do is to lay off exercising and football for a week or two. If the pain is still there, you need to go to a doctor. If you let this go, you could end up having surgery or pain the rest of your life, which will be much worse than not working out/playing football for a couple of weeks.

Alright.. im gonna schedule a doctors appointment for my back thing...

But I just measured my bicep just now and it came out 12'.

I think this is pretty good for how big I am?
