just need your advice on my abs

the first was before i started the workout. the last 2 are 2 weeks on. can anyone see any change.:D

looking good .. if u really want them to pop out .. u need pretty low bf
 
2 weeks is enough to make a change in your body composition, and at your size, it should make a noticeable difference in the visibility of your abs. However, recomposition is done primarily through nutrition and not working out. I worry that you are not focusing on this from the way you worded your post.
