I have a championship ergometer 2000m after 4 months And weigh about 85 kilograms
Height 84 cm
19-year

I want intensive training plan

and want to be the second period of training in my home

i want Appropriate exercise programs and weight of iron and type of exercise

I'd be happy to help. What is your 2k score at the moment? Also, what type of workouts have you been doing thus far?
 
I am happy and thank you for your cooperation with me I was suspended because of the training school for a period of 6 months and I returned from 10 days
my number in 2km 6:38 in last year
Note when you stop running and Exercises the flexibility
