i need help

this is the result of my body working out for one month, but as u can see it sucks:( . from bad to worst. i'm into dieting now.im also having problems on my lower arms its too thin i have a hard time making it big considering im dieting:( . : any suggestion would be mostly appreciated on what part of my body should i focus on. tnx

Do you take any kind of supplements first off? My husband had a similair build and would get discouraged by not seeing results we both now have custom stacks that help pick-up where your body has a downfall(often caused by dieting) also what does your diet look like? and have you heard of total failure? if not look into how "arnold s." used to train it was what he did back when he was a body builder my husband does it now and it is working like crazy. I have never seen anyone change their body like he has.Any questions on what him/I do specifically(I got the weightloss thing down)let me know
 
nop i dont take any suplement. i have started going to gym one month now. my diet is i lessen my carbo. and more on protien, i dont eat at night. but as u can see only my lower hand get thiner and thiner aswell as my neck and shoulder. i havent heard of total failure. can u give me a website regarding about that. what did ur husband did to loss wait. the proportion of my body realy suck. and as i have obser my arms are getting bigger but my lower hands is thiner. im like a gorilla:( i need help plss

Supplements will really help you out. the website my husband uses to look up specific muscle group exercises is bodybuilding.com . I will ask him what all he is taking now. Plus remember to build muscle you have to have fat. Maybe try focusing more on getting the muscle mass while continuing walking(cardio).From what I understand especially for guys (like my husband) is that instead of him focusing on cutting he just tries to get stronger and his body does the other half. Eat whatever time you want just no soda( the carbonation bloats you and there is too much sugar) fast food, or chips etc. try getting some protein powder and drinking a shake between meals. so really like you are eating 5 times a day kind-of. Like I said you have to remember that your muscles have to have something to work off of. Ill try to get more info from him when he wakes up.
 
Keep lifting the weights, reduce your daily caloric intake to 500 less than you burn each day... Try to maybe incorporate 2 days a week of HIIT and the fat should start melting off of you. Just make sure that you keep consistent with your diet and get plenty of protein so you don't lose ground with the weights.
