I have been trying to get on a healthy life style... and I have no messed up in two weeks.... and TODAY of all days... I have this thing about Chocolate... what to do what to do.... Today I ate 6 oz of pork chops --- I did have them on english muffins but I didnt like them... and then at lunch I know I am weird but I ate chocolate chip pancakes so I did not end up eating a whole lot of chocolate just a dab... the pancakes are low-fat made with water... I have ate good until today!! The question is... now that I have ate those chocolate chip pancakes.... What would you do? Would you eat dinner... or skip dinner?? I know skipping dinner is not good... but I just need some input. I did not want my new healthy lifestyle to go down hill... help....
