Hello everyone. My names Alley, i'm 21 and from Cornwall, England. Im 5'6" and weigh about 140 lbs. I know this isn't 'fat' but I'm not happy and would like to be slimmer (especially around my hips and thighs). My boyfriend has set up a weight training routine for me but it seems that diet is my problem. For the past two weeks i have eaten approx 1300 calories per day but still there seems to be no weight loss yet. Does anybody have any diet tips that could work for me? Any help appreciated
