hey all im discontent with my body right now. i've never been morbidly obese or anything, but i feel held back by the extra lbs i have. i pull janet jacksons all the time, and i wanna get lean enough that i'll be motivated not to yoyo whatsoever. i've been checking out this community for months now, and yall all seen really encouraging to each other, and now i'm part of it. i'm excited! so here's me before. hopefully i'll have an after soon...

You don't seem like you really have that much to lose. Maybe 10-15 pounds to get rid of the love handles and get cut. That's about it.
 
I suspect that what you need is not to lose weight, but to firm up what you've got, build some muscle, and maybe shed a tiny bit of leftover fat.

Check out the weight lifting threads in the exercise forum. Lifting weights will give you the body changes you want w/out the drastic fad dieting.
