I met my first Goal.

I've started working out and dieting on the 1st. My goal was to lose 2lbs this week. I went from 250 to 244lbs. I know it is mostly water, but it felt great to lose those pounds. Now next week my new goal is to lose 2 more lbs. I know I can do it. I won't give up. I am on my way to become fit and healthy! :D

Hey, water or otherwise... it's all weight and it's good to lose it!!! Great job and congratulations!!! Keep it up!!!
