I made this routine. How is it?

Good grief people! Why, oh why, does every single person who comes here think they know enough to make their own balanced routine? There are hundreds of great professionally made routines out there for you to use. No guessing on rep ranges, no figuring out what to do next, no wondering about rest days.....Cut and dry. The answers are already there. All you need to do is look. If you are new to the game please find a good FULL body routine and go to town.(IMO) When those stop providing gains knock yourself out with a split. But don't think you know enough to make your own routine.

Here is a hint....if you have to ask if your routine is a good one, you have no business making a routine.
