I made my goal and more!!!

Back in October I got to courage to post my story here on this forum

Hello, first post here. I am a freshly turned 22 year old male, 6'2". Heres my story so far: In May I went to the doctor for a physical and when they weighed me I was off the scales at almost 400lbs! I couldn't believe it when she said she might have to go get a maternity scale, I was so ashamed. I didn't take much from it and continued consuming large amounts of terrible things no one should eat. But in early August I got very sick with a fever, and I realized I didn't need to consume as much as I had been in order to get by. Since then I have been eating smaller meals spread out through the day, a yogurt/carrot in the morning, half a 6in Togos sandwich midday, the other half in the evening and a bowl of cereal or yogurt before bed if I am very hungry. Hopefully everything works out and I reach my goal of 200lbs before my 23rd birthday! Thanks for listening and I hope if I continue well I'll start posting some pictures!

I started in September at almost 400lbs swearing that I would hit my goal of 200 lbs by my 23rd bday (yesterday) well Im here to say that I have hit my goal and more. Weighing in at a reasonable 190 pounds with 13% body fat I have shedded a staggering 190 pounds!!! I was just a lurker here on these forums looking at peoples before and afters thinking I could never be one of them but now I am!

Fantastic job, well done! How has your skin reacted to such weight loss over a relatively short period? Have you been using the gym often too?
 
Wow, fantastic transformation! That doesn't sound like you were consuming very much food per day though. Weren't you hungry???

That is awesome! You should really feel proud of yourself. It only keeps getting better the closer you get to your goal. Good luck and again very nice job!!
 
My skin is strechy where I was at my biggest, still some fat that makes the belly hang a little but id rather have that then a big belly again! My diet chenged about 6 times throughout the whole process of losing the weight so I didnt just do the same diet for almost a year, I had to switch it up. Now I am starting my gym workout program to build more muscle to fill up all that loose skin! Ill post some pics if all goes well!!
 
God job man! You look like a whole new person I can't wait till I reach my goal to see such a dramatic change in myself. I would also watermark those pictures so nobody steals them to promote anything.
