The best way to describe how I feel about my weight loss is :banghead: I was doing very well actually. I lost 30 pounds and then I got swine flu. I didn't leave my house for almost 2 weeks. Then my daughter got sick so I didn't want to put her in daycare at the gym, and next thing you know it's been a month and a half since I've exercised. I mean AT ALL! Not even sit-ups at home. I totally regressed. I started eating bad again and everything. I'm going to get back on the wagon and my husband is fully supporting me. Only healthy foods in the house and he's gonna exercise with me whenever possible. So, good luck to me!

I did very well this morning and then crashed and burned just now. I feel like crap! I ate 3 big spoons of chocolate icing. I'm about to go to the gym and try to work some of it off.

Holy crap I feel like jello! I will never skip classes this long again. Body pump and body combat are awesome! I only did pump tonight because I just couldn't move anymore..lol

Hi! :seeya:

Sorry you and your daughter got sick and you had to take so long off. I only took a week off of regular exercise and it was tough getting back into the swing of it. But you did it so congrats!

Its good that you've got a supportive husband, its important to have a support system. Also, its harder to lose the weight and get good habits if the significant other/roomate keeps doing the same bad things. Its nice when they change and help out.

I skipped Body Pump for two weeks and when I went back last Thursday I didnt think I as going to make it through the whole class!

Pump is killer... do you think it ever gets easier?

Well done for getting back into the exercise.

Are you tracking food etc? It really helps me.

Ana

I try to keep track of my food but it's almost impossible to write anything down because i eat when I'm busy at work or trying to keep up with the kids. And let me tell you, they are a handfull! I'm so sore from bodypump last night but I WILL be at the gym today. I really have no excuse for not exercising. I work at the gym so it's free. And JeaO, it means everything that my husband supports me. I don't know how I could accomplish anything without him. He's trying to get me to go exercise now, but really he just wants to play his xbox in peace..lol
