hi i started bulking up in feburary i could do around bench 20kg (dont laugh pls
) 10 times 3 sets . i can finally do 80kg now 3 reps.
even though i eat alot (about 50% clean) i still aint getting any big, my arms have become around 1 inch bigger thats it in nearly 6 months and i have gotten a quite big belly (for a skinny guy )
i weigh 145 lb
i was wondering if i could keep my workout routine as it is and involve some cardio to lose the fat ?
