current weight 225lbs (16 stone 1)

want to be 210 (15 stone) by october cos im a bridesmaid
 
I think you are doing brilliant Irish gal. I'm just starting my journey and have a huge amount to lose, but reading everybodys diaries really helps. I'm getting weighed on Friday and am really hoping to be down a few pounds, but we will see. Keep up the good work your doing fantastic. BTW how do I get that tracker for the weight, I did go to the factory place but it didn't seem to attach to me. Am I doing something wrong?? You seem to know what your doing. Anyway, onwards and downwards hee hee
