I find it boring

I'm not a person that struggles with their weight but as far as being in shape (I have a gut and can't do 10 push ups to save my soul) I suck at it. My wife works out at least 5 times a week and watches what she eats.

My problem is she goes to a women's gym so no guys allowed and we are on different schedules at times. How do you make working out Fun. I've tried listening to music, podcasts and my favorite, the Wii Fit
 
Find a workout that you enjoy...

play basketball, play softtball. go biking...

Find something that you enjoy doing?

Cant do 10 pushups? Ok work on doing just 1... then progress..

Don't diet - find healthy foods you do enjoy...

Going to a women's only gym would be the worst form of torture i could think of... you have to do what yuo enjoy...

well, trust me if you are not interested, then workout can be pretty boring at times. but try to search for a Gym where yyou both can workout, and you will have to have a passion for exercising to make it fun.
the best i could tell you is try aerobics with some music of your own choice and it will definitely help
