I'm not a person that struggles with their weight but as far as being in shape (I have a gut and can't do 10 push ups to save my soul) I suck at it. My wife works out at least 5 times a week and watches what she eats.
My problem is she goes to a women's gym so no guys allowed and we are on different schedules at times. How do you make working out Fun. I've tried listening to music, podcasts and my favorite, the Wii Fit
