if any one could give me a good routine or some tips or something- anything thanks
thanks a lot

EAT AND EAT AND EAT AND EAT...lots of chicken and steak. Then lots of potatoes and oatmeal...and *poof* you will be huge

Just kidding with that last part, but diet is the biggest key to attaining any physical goal whether it be cutting or bulking. If you don't eat enough to support muscle growth, then you won't grow.

What does your eating plan look like?

I've seen recommended a lot the book "Scrawny to Brawny." If you're serious go pick yourself up a copy. I've seen it at all my local bookstores.

90 % of what u need right now is diet. u gotta EAT! you gotta force ur body to grow, even when ur not hungery u gotta eat. 6 smaller sized meals a day. every 3 hours. Count how many calories u eat in a normal day, drinks included. Add 500 calories to it. Stick to eating , tuna, chicken, lean meats, oatmeal, eggs, milk , fish, penut butter, turkey, etc....
Add that with a standard 3 day split workout routine, and u should be seeing 2 lbs a week added to ur frame. No more than 2 lbs , cuz then ur eating too much. But no less, cuz ur not eating a enough.

EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT good luck! :)

I too would say EAT, then EAT, and finally, EAT SOME MORE. and I agree that Dr. Berardi's 'Scrawny to Brawny' would prove valuable reading.

Everyones pretty much talked about diet, so I will stay basic on it. Of course diets extremely important, and in my opinion the hardest part of body building. At 105 pounds I don't think you're worrying about putting on fat? If so, than try and stay with lots of steak, rather than chicken and turkey. I don't mean to bash on peoples opinions about clean bulking, but in my opinion - it sucks! Why? Because you're staying away from fats, and red meats, red meats are the best meats for you, mainly steak. Steak has so many anabolic fats in it, compared to any other meat.

I used to be in you're shoes, I would work my ass off, and see no results, mainly because I was uneducated on the topic. I didn't know I had to eat more, I didn't know I had to lift heavy weights, I just lifted 5 lb pink weights for like 100 reps...

I'm not one of the biggest guys here, hell I'm probably one of them smallest, I'm about 150 pounds, and about 8 months - a year a go I was about 120 pounds. Lately I've been getting great results fast.

The main thing you need to realize is that good motivation will get you out of bed, and have you lifting at 5 am, just so you can fit it into your day.

Read around, find motivation, train hard, and eat like a madman, and soon you'll be seeing great results.

Hmm, not sure I agree with the red meats comment. Yes, there are anabolic properties. I think red meats should be a part of anyones diet. However, for a male who is 105 lbs, there is obviously going to be a need to eat A LOT of food. If he takes your post seriously, and figures out that he needs to be eating 4000-5000 calories to gain weight, the amount of read meat that would translate into would be way too much saturated fat in my opinion. I know it is just that, my opinion.... but wanted to lay it out there on the table.

Agreed. The amount of steak needed to help make a protein quota around 200 would be very bad for you in the long run. IMO your choice of carbs is more important than your choice of protein.

Although protein timing is a big part of the battle..

On a side note, good to see you back stoutman.

I am not saying "eat all red meats", I each chicken for lunch, every day. But I try to get 2 steaks into me each day. I don't rely on meats for my calories.

IMO 2 steaks a day is a good idea for bulking, and 1 or 2 meals with chicken.

thanks for all the answers
