Don't be so hard on yourself - so what, you fell off track for awhile. Here's the key - what type of diet were you on before? Maybe you deprived your body too much? I know because I have done that before and then all of a sudden I lost 20 pds and then gained 30 back because I wasn't following the right type of diet. My body felt like I needed to eat. God, how depressed I was when that happened. Now, I am back on track - the key for me was to find a diet program that I knew I could stick with. I also have one cheat day per week and believe me, I totally look forward to that day.
It helps me keep on track --- after that one day, I feel miserable and it makes me want to diet and exercise even more that next day - but by the time that 6th day comes, I guarentee you I am ready to have that cheat day again -
Have you thought about what foods you like to eat when your not dieting and how to make them into a healthy food? It is possible. And bottom line - keep motivated. It always helps me too to go out and be around people, that way I am not at home eating all of the time. Or even set a goal - are you going to a party soon? Wedding? On a vacation? These are great motivation tools as well.
You're now at the point of starting again - don't lose track and don't lose faith in yourself - You will get there if you stay focused.!
