Well, as for my liquid cleanse, I am down 2lbs already since my last post. It really does work, but only if you use it for short periods. The thing to remember though, is that you should still consume atleast 1200 calories. The one thing I do is allow soups with contents, such as; veggie crab and chicken noodle.
Yesterday was an awesome day all around. I am in school and finally after agonizing for almost 6 months I have finally decided on a major. I am going to major in Bariatrics; specializing in overweight men. I feel so sorry for the men fighting this battle, us as ladies have places to go without being intimidated, such as; Curves, where do men have to go? There are men out there that feel intimidated also, and just feel too embarrased to go the traditional gym. Also, it is said that it is easier for men to lose weight than women, this is just not always true, everyones metabolism differentiates, so it could be just as hard for some men as it is for alot of us. I am so excited. I will be a registered dietician and nutritionist.
