Okay, I'm new here and sign up in hopes of getting some help. To start off i'm 16, about 5'10, and I weigh around 150 lbs. I'm not very happy with my body right now, at all. I'm skinny, but i still manage to have some fat left on my stomach and chest. I use to be a pretty chubby kid, but i'm not anymore. I have tiny arms, my face is average, and my legs are average/small. But I have problems with my stomach/chest area. I still have some what you could call "man boobs".
And I mean, it's not huuuge. but when i wear shirts you can still kinda tell. not a lot, but still enough to bother me. I really want them gone and to be flat, or alteast have muscle. I also want to work on my abs, and my arms. So what I need are some tips and help on reaching my goal. I dont have access to a gym quite yet, but there are plenty around here. As soon as I get a car, and get a break from school pressure i'm gonna try and go to a gym. At home I have a weight set and a roller type thing for my abs. where you lay back on this pillow, and grab on to the handles and push forward. but i could use all the help on getting where i need to be.
