The best thing which you've done is to face the problem. The rest is easy. Once you set your mind up, everything else is simple.
Try not keeping any food around yourself. When there is no food in front of your eyes, the temptation is less. Set yourself a goal. Picture yourself how do you want to look like and live with this picture in your mind. Your own body will guide you. Cut the pops. You don't need them. It has to be easy, isn't it? Learn skipping rope. It's phenomenal way to boost your metabolism, get strength and melt the weight down.
