i cant seem 2 lose the weight

for the last month and a half i have been trying to lose this weight off of me but i just cant it seems that everytime i want to lose it it never works!

The best thing which you've done is to face the problem. The rest is easy. Once you set your mind up, everything else is simple.
Try not keeping any food around yourself. When there is no food in front of your eyes, the temptation is less. Set yourself a goal. Picture yourself how do you want to look like and live with this picture in your mind. Your own body will guide you. Cut the pops. You don't need them. It has to be easy, isn't it? Learn skipping rope. It's phenomenal way to boost your metabolism, get strength and melt the weight down.
It's a bit difficult for me do help you without knowing more details about your habits and so on. If you have questions, post them here or send me a private message. I would love to see your before and after pictures as soon as it possible!
 
what i do every single day is eat a bowl of cheerios in the morning before school. at school i eat lunch at 12 which is just a salad. after i get home i eat a small portion of dinner around 5ish . if its after 7pm and i get hungry i eat some fruit or a yopliat light yogurt...for exercise i do the jilian michaels no more trouble zones workout dvd mon. wedn. frid...

i honeslty dont know what it could be.
 
Honestly it doesn't sound like you're eating enough if that's all you eat. Try and get around 1500 or so calories a day...(Just an estimate, don't take my word for it). You can track everything you eat at myfitnesspal.com if you want to

Did you know that the salads which you eat at school don't have any nutritional value?
An other thing:SparkErosion is right. It looks like you are not eating enough.
I could say do the opposite. If your last meal is at 5pm and you are in bed at 10pm, these are 5 hours without anything. If this is the case, it's very wrong.

the reason i dont eat very much is because when i went to go get a physical my doc told me i can only eat 900 calories a day.i know its crazy!
And it may sound like the salads at school are not nutritional but actually at my school they are sense we have a lot of choices and we make them ourselves.
 
900 calories???? that is not enough at all...I am not a doctor but I don't know what doctor would prescribe that amount of calories for any human being.
Bottom line is you are not eating enough...in order to lose weight you must make sure you are eating to fuel your body especially when you exercise...Cereal and Salad won't get you far, try other foods as well..whole grains, fruits and veggies, nuts etc...and lots of water.
