Returning from a two year layoff of the fitness forum I am in better shape than ever. I look awesome, I fight like a movie star and I have the endurance of a racing horse. I have been fit for ten years now- much of that time reading feverishly on the science of how to eat sleep and train like a superhuman. I have mentored men and women into great shape and have been witness to some awesome transformations under my schooling. I will gladly give advice and perspective to any who ask. My specialties include martial arts, running and bodybuilding but am knowledgeable (or at least opinionated) on all things fitness.
