*****Hypertrophy Specific Training*****

I am just starting this routine so i cannot tell you for sure if it is any good but it definatly sounds promising. It might sound confusing but just make sure you read all of it and you will understand it just fine.

If you are confused go here.

I wouldnt really recommend this for begginers but anyone is welcome to try it....ENJOY!!!

Its a decent program but i think there's way too many excercises per session. However, the total volume is not excessive.

Looks, interesting. Im not a fan of High rep training. I like lifting heavy for 3-4 reps. But I may give it a go after xmas

The principles of HST are grounded in science and I definitly feel that it is an effective form of training for hypertrophy gains. In Alwyn Cosgrove's Program Design Bible he says that for quickest hypertrophy gains, keep the exercise variable constant, but vary the repetition brackets for size and strength. I believe this is very true. Checkout some of Chad Waterbury's stuff on T-Mag, he follows a similar concept to HST, but uses more exercise variation.
Just some thoughts,

Andrew
