Hst

Why does noone mention this? Is it rubbish?

My mate has been training for a few years, and just seems ot have put on some weight, no actual muscle. Now he has moved onto HST and he says it is great - based on science unlike any other program.

Ive made some reasonable gains in the few months Ive been training so I'm reluctant to move onto this form of training if its no good as I havent exhuasted my current program yet, but if HST is as good as people say on the HST website then of course id be interested!

Any comments, anyone tried it?
