Just thought i'd sign up and say hi after finding the site on google, ive never seen so much info on a forum, and some of the before and afters have really gave me the confidence that i can definately shift my weight!
I started to loose weight last year, but i got lazy again & after Xmas i was quite dissapointed that ive reached the heaviest ive been in a long while @ 120kg 5ft11
So im definately going to do something to sort this out & hopefully drop to 82kg 
So with the new year being a perfect opportunity to start afresh I've dusted off the home weights set & Setup a table to count my daily calorie intake on Excel.
Any tips / links to usefull advice would be massively appreciated, cheers
