i live in new york near the ocean and i want to start jogging outside but its too cold we cant even leave the house, yestarday i went to get something from the car and when i get back home less than a min later my finger nails were turning kind of blue and it was unbelievably cold
any tips guys? im a newbie here, i weight 136 ( i used to be 159 last year) and im 5,1
