I haven been working in an evniromenet where I sit on my ass all day long for a few months now. I started to notice my stomach is gettign really big

I wanted to know what knid of routine I should do to lose the weight as soon as poissble as it is really bothering me. My hip went from 29 to 32 and is showing a really big tummy out. Is really unfortable sitting in the office now =.=

I usualy skip breakfast or with a cup of coffee and during break I might have a slice of pizza or some fruits. Lunch I usually have 1.5 bowl of rice and thend inner I usually have 2 bowl of rice. After dinner I usually have an orange or ice-cream.

Does doing sit-ups and running on trand mill helps? I also have weights at home that I used to use.

Aslo i notice that I get tired a lot easier now b4 I move. In the old house I would go play basketball or run aorund the parks but ever since I move in I stop working out at all.

You diet is really bad. You need 6 small meals a day, complex carbs, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Check out the nutrition sections for more help. You should start exercising more. By that I mean, start playing ball again or walking around at the park. Your diet is the biggest factor. I suggest you get that under control before you start using weights as an excuse to eat ****ty.

+1 ^^ Diet and Cardio are the only things that effect your bf%. A weight training routine will not make the fat go away. Get the diet under control and hit the treadmill, bike, stairmaster, ect. ;)

Man reminds me of when I used to skip breakfast

Dude just eat something man, a low fat yoghurt and an apple or something, or better yet some bran.

Replace your coffee with something like mineral water or warm water with some squeezed lemon juice...

Kill the pizza. Dead.

White rice? Burn it. Brown only.

Sit ups will do nothing except exercise and strengthen a part of your core. Also work your lower back to remain balanced.

Want to see your abs your going to need to drop the body fat percentage.

Tiredness is most probably related to your diet. Coffee might perk you up for a minute, but the longer lasting effect of dehydration will do wonders to make you feel less than great. Get some fibre and carbs into you. Keep you 'fuller' longer, and you have an energy supply to use.

Running on the treadmill is the light at the end of the tunnel. Do it, enjoy it.

Better yet, play something with friends like football or basketball. More enjoyable.

I empathise so much with your post. One year ago that could have been my post.

Oh and most of all, keep the faith. If you want it to come off and can be patient...it will.

Uh, like the Capital one commercial says - E, I, E, I, NO! That cardio and diet are the best factors to reducing body fat is a very very often repeated myth. Fat does not burn calories muscle does. More muscle = more calories burned. Fewer calories to work with or store = less fat. Resitance training also speeds up your metablolism and if done in the morning can keep your metabolism up all day.
