Beans. It can help you lose weight and trim your midsection.
Replace the meat for salmon.
Yogurt.
Red bell peppers.
Broccoli.
Edamame.
Diluted vinegar
 
If that's all you eat you probably will lose weight... Unless you really like all those things and consume more calories than you burn, of course, in which case you'll gain weight, just like when you overeat on any other foods. There's nothing special about this list.
 
I really like bell pepper and beans, but I'm not sure liking something means it'll make me lose belly fat :p
Good point, eat enough salmon and the belly fat will come!
