Staying motivated is my biggest struggle. Ive got the diet down no problem but i HATE exercise. After working 10-12 hours a day the last thing i want to do is move. lol. do i work out only two days a week? or work out on my work days as well? Cardio is the worst too. lol. Any advice for those who have trouble sticking to being physical?
