How to get from current to goal

I'm 5'9-10 about 152lbs with 10.6%± body fat

I do weeks 3 and 4 of this:

This is my goal:

Anyway, should I continue with the split that I'm doing? I'm trying to get my macros right but I almost always get a higher fat than protein, I'm still getting my 1g/lb of body for protein, but my fat intake is at about 90-100g/day, yesterday I reached 128g/fat.

Any other suggestions appreciated.

I don't see any reason why you should be pre-exhausting your target muscles...Regardless, you won't ever gain 10lb of muscle per month on that program.

Just focus on improving in the main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, row, press, pull ups), eat at a calorie surplus (so all that fat you're eating really isn't such a bad thing, at least quantity-wise; although the kinds of fats you're eating might be another matter altogether), do a simple program designed for beginners (trust me, a good beginner's program is the best thing for you right now - unless you can press 1 plate, bench 2 plates, squat 3 plates and deadlift 4 plates, you'll have a tall order convincing me otherwise) and have some patience, and your muscles will grow. Spend the next 6 months putting on 20lb, then do a cut, and you'll be getting fairly close to your goal.
