Hello. I would like some help on how to get buffer/bigger. I'm 5''7 and 117 pounds. Do pushups/situps help a lot? I also have a 15 dumb bell. Will using that increase my muscle mass a bit? Thanks.
to get bigger you have to slowly work your muscles more than work they're accustomed to. when your muscles get use to the 15lb dumbell you'll need more weight. working the abs will help work the abs thats about it.
I would say get into a gym drink some protien like crazy and lift lift lift
I have gotten way stronger and put some weight on now just aiming to kill the fat tummy and getting ripped.
