How to get a flatter stomach

I am 19 years old and I weigh 115 pounds but I still have a fat gut. I lost about 90 pounds in the past year and now I'm 115. I eat a healthy diet and I do about 200 stomach crunches every day. I feel my stomach and if I press really hard, I feel abs but I don't know why they won't show. Please help me!!! I don't know what to do :(

First, if you lost significant weight in a relatively short time period, you may have some loose skin that will take a while longer to shrink down to match you new size.

Second, if you lost the weight by mostly diet, then you probably lost a lot of muscle as well as fat, and now you are "skinny-fat", meaning you have a relatively high body fat for a 115 pound person. You need to continue to eat healthy and lift weights, preferably heavy ones. That will help you loose more fat while maintaining your body weight or even gaining weight due to increased lean body mass. When your body fat percentage gets low enough your abs will show.

First off, how tall are you? 115 doesn't sound healthy to me, but if you are healthy good going on the weight loss.

As mentioned above it could be extra loose skin. I dropped myself from a fat 230lbs to a lean, healthy 170lbs. Even tho I have very little body fat I can see my abs because I have a little pouch of loose skin.

Also, again as mentioned above it could be that you are still carrying a lot of fat for your size. I suggest you go and get a BFI test done by a professional to find out if you actually need to burn off more fat. This does not mean your chubby by any means either, all it suggests is that you may not have much definition.

Not what he meant, dude.
