Hi there, I am new here guys! I am 5ft8 and 70KG. Please feel free to check my pictures below if u wud like to see how I look now. I have been working out about 6 months, don't see a lot of changes since 2 months ago so I am looking for new Muscle training program ! I am looking to gain "thickless" of my body and muscle sizes, may be ABs muscle size too !!
