how to flex your abs

Go on the floor and do 10 pushups then you flip around really quick and do three situps. Then after a bit of praying you hopefully will be able to do it if your old enough.
 
Focus like you're trying to push out a crap using your abs, but kind of control it...I don't know, it's kind of hard to explain. Another method is to breathe in, and focus like you're trying to pinch your abs together from the sides, and bend your back like you're trying to compress your abs.

Just try it. Try all kinds of ways.
 
breath out through you nose then keep breathing out like in one breath then you will get the feel for it :)
