Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and it sure has been great reading all of the great info over the last 2 days. I am 5' 10" and weight about 205 lbs. I have read all the threads I could about loosing fat, counting calories, and work out advice. The one question I could not find an answer to during my search is, " is there a resource for how many calories are in foods like meat and veggies that do not have the nutritional facts on them?" I want to count calories as close as possible for the next few weeks to get on track for weight loss. Thank You For the great info.
