Does it matter? Maybe, like me and another poster, he's getting 1000+ emails since yesterday flooding his inbox from this forum. I'd like to delete my account as well because this is really annoying.
 
Just curious, what types of emails were flooding your inbox. I didn't have any and wonder what I am missing or not missing.

Me too I canot see any emails. I have not subscribe to recive email from here so you must have selected special email be sent to you. Is not happen to everybody.
 
as i posted somewhere else, there was a problem with our mail server and got stuck in an infinite loop. It ran for 3 hours before the problem was detected. We used to send out newsletters on a weekly basis, but haven't for a long time. I've added in an auto-unsubscribe to the newsletter, so that it's easy to remove yourself from the list.

Four Step Directions to Unsubscribe from the Forums :

Step One: Go to User CP
Step Two: Go to options
Step Three: Uncheck all boxes and select "No E-Mail Notification"
Step Four: Don't visit: training.fitness.com
