How should I train?

First of all; I do not want to go studio, I believe that it is best to train outside by other activities, so if you don't have any tips other than going to the studio, then please do not comment below :).

I want to gain an overall strength in my whole body, agility, stamina. I want to have kind of a nice trained body, but I do not want it to be all pumped up like you see on tv

At this point you should understand that I do not want be some hardcore body builder, so please suggest training programs that you think would fit me.

P.S: I would apriciate if it was something that you could do indoors or maybe in the forest outside..
