How should I formulate my workout?

Currently I'm...

Monday- Arms (Shoulders, Upper Arms, Forearms)
Tuesday- Body (Chest, back, abs, sides)
Wednesday- Legs (Hips, Thighs, Calves)
Thursday- Arms (Shoulders, Upper Arms, Forearms)
Friday- Body (Chest, back, abs, sides)

Does anyone agree with this setup? Also, which workouts do you recommend I do on these days? I'm trying to stick with just Barbells and dumbbells, but I can use cables, levers, and the smith. Are there any better ways that I can switch things up?
 
What are your goals? i think regardless that workout isnt very good. usually sperating your workouts into certain muscle groups never works out very good. i did that when i first started weight lifting and i didnt see any results. you should be a full body or uper lower body split with lots of compounds. your getting a much better workout, and your saving time by hitting your whole upper body/lower body in a day , instead of dragging it out throughout a whole week. or in the case of a fullbody youre hitting your whole body in a day.
 
If youre doing an upper/lower split you can do something like this
Upper Body
Bench
Row
Dips/Chinups
It sounds like you want bigger arms so you could throw in some isolation like preacher curls or skull crushers

Lower Body
Squats
Lunges/reverse lunges
Deadlifts

There are different types of squats/deadlifts you can do. sometimes i switch the lunges with calf raises.'

Theres alot of different things you can do. I dont know if you play any sports or anything like football. then you should probaly incorporate snatches, power cleans, grip training, cardio stuff lke that.
