Eat somewhere around 5-9g/kg body weight in carbs per day and 2g/kg body weight in protein. Those two should make up 70-80% of your daily calories, so that final 20-30% should come from fat.

And make sure it's good, wholesome nutrients. Whole grains, vegetables, and all that good stuff. Large portions of red meat shouldn't be consumed more than once or twice a week, and stay away from junk food.
