I want to take pictures every so often to mark my progress. I've seen some of the before and after pics all of you have posted and I am impressed. I am wondering how often you take pictures of your self. I know change isn't going to happen over night. Should I do it once every week? 2 weeks? 3? I've already taken my starting picture...of which I absolutely hate
Also...how often do all of you weigh in on the "SCALE"? I don't want to do it everyday. I've tried that and I just get discouraged. Is once a week a good idea?
