How often do you weigh yourself?

Personally, once or twice a year is enough. My clients are not allowed to weigh themselves any more than once a month, although I know that a few of them cheat :) You should not be so concerned about your weight and more concerned about your Measurements. If your working on body composition change then you can actually weigh heavier than your want for a period of time, due to the increase in fat burning muscle mass acquired while on your properly periodized strength and muscle hypertrophy training program. The fat loss and decrease in eventual weigh will take care of itself. Do you really care what you weigh if your waist is thin, your upper body is strong and errect, your arms are toned and your legs shapely and strong, and people are telling you how awesome you look?...

Unless you are specifically needing to be a set weight, boxing or similar weight class, the scales are a virtually useless form of assessing progress. As Kiwi has already stated it can easily be a demoralising one too so best avoided.
When I used to be aiming for mass gains I weighed in every day and plotted the weight to see trends, intending to stay objective and only look at trend. Most of the time I kept to this but there were days when I saw a drop and was depressed by it. I would have been mentally better off weighing less often.
Learning from your mistakes is good, learning from those of others is better.
