I am a stay at home mom right now looking for any examples of how u lost the weight and how much did u lose.... Any advice for me? I am a heavy water drinker and follow a pretty healthy low cal diet. The excercise for me is the toughest ... motivation/time/energy to get it down is what i need help with...I have a treadmill... dumbells.. tapes, but can't keep up w/coordination!!! lol.... any advice / help... examples of how u did it?
