Alright, it has been ANOTHER day since it is raining outside, which equalls no cardio, again.
Usually, I'd be somewhat happy, but this is the 3rd day that I missed cardio. >_<;; And, because of the circuit training I did, my shoulders are still killing me, so there goes the 3rd day that I cannot lift.
Anyone know if this is really bad?
