How much rest is ideal?

Alright, it has been ANOTHER day since it is raining outside, which equalls no cardio, again.

Usually, I'd be somewhat happy, but this is the 3rd day that I missed cardio. >_<;; And, because of the circuit training I did, my shoulders are still killing me, so there goes the 3rd day that I cannot lift.

Anyone know if this is really bad?

well if you're goal is to lean out, then it will slow your progress.

is there no way you can get in cardio indoors? do you circuit train at home or the gym?

it sounds like you're running outdoors...winter is coming, so if outdoor running is your only cardio, it might be time to invest in a stationary bike for winter months ;)

I know. I did the indoor circuit thing for the first time on Saturday. And because of it, I cannot do any weights because me shoulders are dead. So, I plan to do the circuit thing when winter comes, but I stilll have 1 month more until that time.

I'm confused...are you only doing cardio now, not weights (circuits) and cardio?

don't wait. the combination of the two forms of exercise is the BEST way to get in good phsyical shape and lose fat. hands down.
